All prices above include Breakfast for two persons unless single occupancy

Check in times Rooms will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrival.

BOOKING POLICY:

DEPOSITS

We  require a deposit in order to guarantee your booking; this is normally 30.00 per room booked or 20% of the reservation value (whichever is the higher),for larger bookings where rooms are booked for longer than three nights, a 50% deposit is required for confirmation of said booking and can be paid by Paypal, Credit Card, BACS or Cash. See below for further details of each option.

Deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outwith our control, in which case all monies received will be refunded).


Cash Payments :
Payment can be made in cash in GBP Stirling, we can also accept euros subject to a conversion charge.

PayPal Payments
Payment can now be made through Paypal, we will invoice you via your email for the deposit or the entire amount whichever you prefer and this way you can pay by Credit or Debit Card or a Paypal account if you have one.
You do not need to be an account holder with Paypal to use this service.There is a 4% charge for paying balances, but we absorb this cost on deposit transactions only.


Credit Card Payments :
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, PayPal or UK Debit Cards.


BACS Payments :
For those with internet banking we are happy to accept BACS payments for deposit payments. Those wishing to pay for their entire stay by BACS should do so 7 days in advance and by prior arrangement. Bank details will be made available at time of booking, if you wish to use this service.

On Departure :
We are happy to invoice your full accommodation via PayPal or your Credit/Debit Card for your departure if you wish, there is a small credit transaction charge for this service (which we happily absorb for deposits).
We are also happy to accept Cash or BACS payments.

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date, where ever possible.
Bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of the date or a no show, will be liable to the first nights room charge.

Where we incur a loss of revenue due to cancellation, no show, or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to levy a charge should we be unable to re-let the booked room(s), like for like. No charge will exceed 75% of the value of the booking.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
The management at The Old Church B&B cannot be held responsible for damage to a guest`s car`s parked on or off their property and are also  not responsible for loss of property within said car`s.
